Upon Reading a Report from the Comittee of this House dated
the 9th. July 1752 Under the hands of Dr. Richard Rawlinson< no role > , Mr.
Richard Manby< no role > , Mr. William Fletiher< no role > , Mr. James Anderson< no role > and
Mr. John Forty< no role > as follows ViztIt is the Opinion of the Comee
it woud be a benefit to the Hospital if a Proper Person was Appointed
to Survey the Workmen of beth HospitalsIt is referred to the Comittee
of this House to Consider of a Proper Person to be Surveyer of the
Works and what Salary or Allowance may be reasonable for the same
and to Report their Opinion to this Court.

This Court being Acquainted that 2 Small peices of ground (No. 12)
on the West side of the Great gate of this Hospital and Abutting South
on the Hospital and North on Bride Lane have been unlet
since the year 1736 and now lye in ruins the Several time [..]
to be let for building It is Resolved That a House be Erected on
the said Ground for the residence of the Treasurer of these Hospitals
for the time being And it is referred to the Comittee of this House to
Cause & Plan to be drawn and an Estimate to be made of the Charge of
building and to the same with their Opinion thereon before
this Court.
