Mr. William Seward< no role > Reported that in Pursuance of an Order
of Court the 22d. of Septr 1752 He had made Enquiry and found
That John Garland< no role > Weaver who Served his Apprenticeship in
this Hospital (to William Dell< no role > ) is set up for himself in his sd. Trade
and had the Character of a Diligent and Sober ManIt is
Ordered That the Steward Do pay the said John Garland
Ten Pounds out of Mr Locks Gift.

Alalmby To have £10 Locks Gift


Mr. George Dance< no role > This name instance is in set 4335. Reported that in Pursuance of an Order
of Court the 4th. of April 1751 He had made Enquiry and found
That James Allamby< no role > Weaver who Served his Apprenticeship
in this Hospital (to Thomas Keil< no role > ) is set up for himself in his
said Trade and has the Character of a Diligent & Sober Man
It is Ordered That the Steward Do pay the said James
Allamby Ten Pounds out of Mr. Locks Gift

Fowkes Gift Martin for £5.
for Jno. Deeming refd}


A Motion being made by Mr. Bracee That John Deeming< no role > Weaver
who (Served his Apprenticeship to John Ittery< no role > and) has had £10. of
Mr. Locks Gift may have some part of Mr. Fowkes Gift haveing
behaved himself with Extraordinary Diligence and Sobriety during his
whole Apprenticeship, Ordered That it be referr'd to the Comittee
of this House to enquire about the behaviour of the said John Deeming
and to Report their Opinion to the Court whether or no it Merits
Extraordinary favor.

who (served his Apprenticeship to Thos: Keil< no role > &) has had £10. of Locks Gift
may have some part of Mr. Fowkes Gift haveing behaved himself will
Extraordinary Diligence and Sobriety during his Whole Apprenticeship
Ordered That it be referr'd to the Comittee of this House to enquire about
the behaviour of the said James Band and to Report their Opinion
to the Court whether or not it Merits Extraordinary Favor.

Apprenticeship Ordered That it be referr'd to the Comittee of this House
to enquire about the behaviour of the said Walter Hammer & to Report
their Opinion to the Court whether or not it Merits Extraordinary favor.
