< no role > deceased) setting forthThat the Petn. Grandmother the 20th. Janry 1730.
agreed with the Comee to pay & did pay £70. fine for a Lease with usual
Covenants of two houses in Bridewell precinct from the Expiration of the Lease
then in being which was at Christmas 1732. for the Term of 14 years at the
Rent of £13. P and & a few days afterwards (to wit) the 9th. of Febry 1730.
paid £3..5..- more to make up the said Term 21 years but she dying some
afterwards no Lense was made to herThat the said Elizabeth Gethin
made her Will dated 27th. March 1731 & thereby desired to the Petn. Ann and
William Groves< no role > her Interest of & to the said Messauges & appointed John
Curson
< no role > Gent their Guardiner & Exor In Trust for them who duly proved the
Will & the Robts. ann & William have severally attined their Age of 21 years
& become legally intilled theretoThat the Petr. John Beaty< no role > hath since
intermarried with the said Ann & thereby became intiltled to a Morety thereof
That the Petr. have agreed with the said Thomas Hall< no role > for the Sale of the
remainder of the said Term therein & the Said Thomas Hall< no role > has paid the
Petr. Beaty for his MorietyAnd praying that a Lease of the said
Messuages may be made to the said Thomas Hall< no role > for the residue of the
said Term of 21 years under the Rents & Covenants the said Elizabeth
Gethin
