That her late husband

agreed with the Comittee of this
House for a Lease of a Term at Waltham Cross
at £62. P and Rent
& to be allowed £100. to put the premes into repair which has
accordingly been doneThat the said Lease was engrossed & setled but
by the long Illness of the Petn. said late husband he was never able to
done to execute itThat on the 14th. of July instant the Petn. said
husband dyed having made his Will & the Petr. sole Executrix
And praying that the said Lease so made to her late husband may be
now made to the Petr. for the remainder of the Term yet to come therein
It is Ordered that the said Petition be reffered to the Comittee of
this House to consider of the same and to report their Opinion therein
to the Court.

This Court doth desire Mr. Treasurer with such of the Governors as he
thinks fit to go and view the Farms in Kent belonging to Bethlem
Hospital and to report to the Court what state and Condition the same
are in And it is Ordered That the Clock & Mr. Cordwell do attend at
the said View.
