This Court being chiefly called for the Election of a President Treasurer
& Committees and for the Confirmation of the Governors and Officers of
the said Hospital proceeded to an Election accordinglyAnd

The Right Worshipfull Robert Willimott< no role > Esqr . Aldn . the present
President being Nominated to be chosen President of these Hospitals for the
year ensuing It plainly appeared that the said Robt. Willimott< no role > is by all the Govr. here
present unanimously Elected President of these Hospitals for the year ensuing.

The Right Worshipfull Edwd. Holloway< no role > Esqr . the present Treasurer being
Nominated to be chosen Treasurer of these Hospitals for the year ensuing
It plainly appeared that the said Edward Holloway< no role > is by all the Govrs. here
present unanimously Elected Treasurer of these Hospitals for the year ensuing.

The Right Worshipfull Joseph Ayliffe< no role > Esqr . present Auditor General
being Nominated to be chosen Auditor General of these Hospitals for the year ensuing
It Plainly appeared that the said Joseph Ayliffe< no role > is by all the Govrs. here present
unanimously Elected Auditor General of these Hospitals for the year ensuing.

The Right Worshipfull the President & also the Treasurer & Auditor
General are Elected Keepers of the Keys of the Great Chest and desired to
take care thereof

The Governors hereafter named are Elected Auditors of the Accounts
of these Hospitalls Vizt.
