Elected Physician}

This Court being Called cheifly for the Election of a Physician to these
Hospitals in the room of Doctr. Richard Hale< no role > deced It is Ordered That the
Petitions of the Candidates be read in alphabetical Order and accordingly to several Petitions of
Doctr. Charles Bele< no role > , Sr. Richard Manningham< no role > Knt. , Dr. William Martin< no role > , Dr. James
Munro< no role > , Dr. George Owen< no role > , Dr. William Ruthy< no role > , Dr. John Tempest< no role > and Dr. Richard Tyson< no role >
being read, They were all severally put in nomination in the same Order the Petitions were
read and the plurality of hands appearing to be for the said Dr. Bale, Dr. Munro, Dr.
Tompest and Dr. Tyson, they were again put in nomination and thereupon the plurality of hands
appearing to be for the said Dr. Muuro and Dr. Tyson they were again put in nomination and
the plurality of hands plainly appeard upon the view to be for the said Dr. James Munro< no role > .
Whereupon the said Dr . James Munro< no role > was declard duly Elected And it is
further Order'd That the said Dr. Munro, be admitted Physician to the said
Hospitals of Bridewell and Bethlem untill the next Election day And that he shall enjoy
the Sallary thereto belonging as the said Dr. Hale had and enjoyd the same.

new Lease Referred}

Upon Reading the humble Petition of Thomas Bird< no role > of London
Wine Cooper setting forthThat he hath held All the Vaults in Fowks Court
in Tower Street belonging to Bethlem Hospital for 11. years past, the Upper
Vaults at £18. P Annm and the lower Vaults at £30. P AnnmThat he is
willing to take a Lease of the Lower Vauls for 14. years to commence from Christmas
next and to give £30.P Anum RentAnd Praying that the Governors will
grant him a new Lease fo the said Lower Vaults according to his said proposall
It is Order'd That it be referred to the Comittee of this House to Consider
of the said Petition and to report their Opinion therein to this Court.

Upon Reading the humble Petition of James Jobson< no role > of London Merchant
Setting forthThat he is willing to take a Lease of the Upper Vaults in Fowks
Court in Tower Street belonging to Bethlem Hospital for 14 years to commence
from Christmas next and to give £20. P AnumThat the said Vaults have been
held by Mr. Thomas Bird< no role > for 11. years last at £ 18. P Anumand praying
that the Governors will grant him a Lease thereof according to his said Proposall
It is Order'd That it be referred to the Comittee of this House to
