New Lease to ye said Margarett Sanders< no role > at the old Rent for Sixty
years from Michmas 1715. which is within one year of the Terme
granted to these Hospitals by the City and this Comee are also
of Opinion to Grant to the said Margaret Sanders< no role > a door way
into Fowks Court from the house she is now Building there
To hold for 21 years from Michmas next at Ten Shillings P
Annum Rent all which nevertheless is Submitted to ye Judgmt
of ye CourtThis Court doth Confirm ye said Report & Order that Leases
be made to her accordingly But that it be provided in ye Lease of ye Door way
that ye Stepps shall come out no further into ye Court than Mr Tilkens Stepps

Mr Depty Waylett bearing date the 25th. day of Septemr. Last
in the words followingThomas Bird< no role > of London Wine cooper
proposed to this Comee that he would take a Lease of the
upper Vaults in Fowks Court in Tower Street belonging to
Bethlem Hospital for five years to Comence from Michas
next under the Rent of Eighteen pounds P Annu and gave
a Guiney to ye poors Box This Comee haveing considered
of the said proposal are of Opinion to accept ye Same wth.
nevertheless is Submitted to ye Judgment of the CourtThis
Court doth Confirm ye said Report and It is Ordered that
a Lease be made unto ye said Thomas Bird< no role > accordingly

that they were overtasked and after hearing the said Benjamin
