acquainted this Court That he being
Tenant of Several Messuages and Ground in Wapping
belonging to
this hospital under a Lease from the Governors dated 31st July 1703
for 51 years from Midsumer then last at ye Rent of Eighteen pounds
for ye first Twelve years and £50 P Annu for ye residue of ye Terme
did apply to this Court ye 19th. of July last for Lycence to assign
his said Lease for the Remr. if his said Term to

the consideration whereof was referred by ye
Court to the Comee of this house that he had not yet had an
opportunity of Laying ye matter before the Comee and it would
now be very inconvenient to his affaires to wait ye meeting of ye
Comee and their Report to this Court and That ye houses being
lately rebuilt at his Charge were a Sufficient Security for ye
hospitals Rent wherefore he prayed the Court would now please
to give him Leave to make an assignmt. of his sd Lease & premes
to & said Mr Keeler who is a Responsible person This Court
haveing considered ye same and being satisfied if ye truth of his
allegations Doth order that ye said Mr Isaacson have ye
Lycence of this Court to assign his said Lease to ye said Mr
Keeler
