Upon Reading to this Court a Report from the Comee of this house
under the hands of Thomas Rawlinson< no role > Esqr . Mr John Furnese< no role > , Mr
Edward Salisbury< no role > , Nat Collins< no role > Esqr . Mr. Thomas Carpenter< no role > & Mr Christr.

followingThis Comee in pursuance of an Order of Court held
at Bridewell hospital ye. 13th. day of Septemr. instant viewed the
Ground in old Bethlem Lett by the Governor . of these Hospitals to
Joseph Eyles< no role > Esqr and are of Opinion that the new Building which
by, ye Order of Court the 23th. of Novemr. Last he was to sett back
12 foot from ye front of ye. old Building should be Sett back in the
manner following Vizt. 8. foot from ye front towards the Street leading
to Bishops Gate Street and 4 foot from ye front towards ye Street
leading to Moor fields attending to the prayer of this Petition preferred
to ye Court ye said 13th. of Septemr.This Court doth
Confirm ye same and Order that the Lease be made accordingly

bearing date the 25th. September Last in the words following
This Comee in pursuance of an Order of Court of the 19th. day
of July last have taken into consideration the Petition of Margarett
Sanders
< no role > Setting Forth that by the late fire in Tower Street She
had Six Houses destroyed one whereof She held under a Lease
which was given by Mr. Fowkes between Christs hospital and
Bridewell and Bethlem Hospitals wherein there were about
Seaventeen years to come at Twelve pounds ye Annu Rent And
Praying that this Court would join with Christs Hospital
in Granting to her a new Lease for Sixty one years at the
old Rent and to give her Lease to make a door way into Fowks
Court from another house which is now building and she being called in gave five Guineas to ye [..] Box This Comee
are of Opinion to join with Christs Hospital in makeing a
