Mr Treasurer acquainted this Comee That Francis Read< no role > Shomaker
who was lately Elected un artsmar was not yet admitted by reason of
the Order of Last Court that no artsmar . Should be admitted without
a Certificate of his Settlemt. and it appearing to this Court that ye
Order for artsmar s. bringing Such Certificates was made after his
Election are of Opinion and Do Order that he be admitted upon
takeing up his freedom of this City and giveing Security as usual
