they think fitt to discharge Mr. Robert Phillips< no role > of Thirteen
Shillings he is to pay for keeping John Cordey< no role > in this hospital
at his request

Mr. Trear Tayler Reported to this Court That Francis
Read
< no role > Shoemaker who was Elected artsmar . of this hospital at
the Last Court objected agt. bringing a Certificate of his Settlemt.
it never haveing been practiced before on the Election of an
artsmar . and that therefore he hoped he Should be excused
from being the first president of that kind but that he would
readily comply with all the Orders of the Court made and to
be made relateing to Artsmasters It is Ordered that
neither he nor any otter person for the future Shall be admitted
are artsmar without a Certificate of their Settlement

Upon Reading the humble Petition of John Boulter< no role >
late one of the artsmar of this hospital Setting forth that
his working Toolls have been useless three Months and all
opportunitys of carrying on his Trade and getting Bread were taken
from him So that he and his family are in Great want and therefore
