against the said Execre and that he did goe to all the Tents and
others and Pused their Receipts and served'em wth. Spas & attended
them sewall times on takeing and P feting their Examinacons
And attended the Mar. sewall times till he had gone thourgh
the Charge All which had taken up a great part of the Petr
time And praying that the Court would be pleased to take into
Consideracon his said Service and make him such allowance as
they should thinke fitt And the ye. sd Govr: Roberts haveing Certified undr his hand that he knowes the Contents of the Petn to be true

Itt is Ordered That the
Consideracon of the said Peticon be Referred to the Comittee
of this House who are desired to Report to the next Court
what they thinke proper to be done therein

Also upon reading the humble Petition of John Cockery< no role >
Barber Setting forth That he had Shaved the Lunaticks
in the Hospital of Bethlem and Officers and Servt. there
for thirty three years and was allowed for twenty six years
twelve pence a head and three pence a fore and afterwards
Nine pence a head and three pence a face by an Order of the
12th. of Decembr 1701 which amounted to between £50 and
£60 & And And that the Comittee of that Hospital had
Judged £30 & And Sufft. for that business and that rather
than loose the whole he had signed an Agreements to doe
the business at that rate That he has lost his Shopp business
and is growne antient and has seven Children and has reced
Damages by the Lunaticks and praying the Court to Grant
him such an Addiconal Sallary as they should thinke fitt
This Court haveing maturely Considered the Contents of the said
Peticon doe Agree wth. the said Comittee of Bethlem that
£30 & And is a Sufft. Sallary for Shaveing the Lunaticks
and Officers of the said Hospital of Bethlem .
