Order To be Continued in Custody at
his Brothers Charge without Labour
that his brother may provide him a
place to goe to Sea

Also at this Court Itt is Ordered That it be Reser [..]
to John Cass< no role > Esqr . Treasurer of these Hospitals in Conjuncon wth
the Treasurer of St. Thomas and St. Bartholomews
Hospitals to Consent to the takeing the Accounts of Mr
Rands-Executors as Settforth in their Answr in Chantery
and likewise their further Accounts fran time to times at
the said Treasurer Shall thinke proper and to place out or
consent to the placeing out at Interest any part of the
money which shall be comeing to these Hospitals by
Vertue of Mr Rands Will untill Convenient purchases can
be had upon East India Bonds or Such other Securityes
as the said Treasurer Shall thinke fitt And likewise to joyne
with the other Treasurer in any Act or thing to be done in
Relacon to the Conveyances of the Severall partes of his
Leashold and Freehold Estates agreed to be sold.

Also this Court doth Order that the Eleccon of an Artsamr .
in the roome of William Attkins< no role > Taylor lately Dismissted this
Hospital which was appointed to be this day be deferred till
the further Order of this Court

Nipp Jno. his Peticon
to be Beadle in ye. roome
of Dawson Reserted


Also att this Court the humble Peticon of John Nipp< no role >
Cittizen and Weaver of London was read Settingforth that
he was an Artsmaster in this Hospital untill by the
generall decay of Trade he was forced to quitt and
praying to be one of the Beadles of this Hospital in
the room of Joseph Dawson< no role > But upon reading an Ordr. of
this Court of the Sixteenth day of Janry 1701. Whereby it appeared
that the said John Nipp being Reprimanded by the Court for not
comeing to Chappell made a Slight thereof in the presence of the Court And of Such his
indecent behaviour was discharged this Hospital This Court doth
therefore Order that the Peticon of ye Sd. Jno. Nipp be Rejected
