Confirmed by this Court.

To be flux'd


Also this Court being informed by the Surgeon and
Matrous of this Hospital that Elizabeth day< no role > one of the Convict
Prisoners in this Hospital is very bad of the Fowle Disease
and cannot be Cured but by Fluxing Itt is Ordered
that the said Elizabeth Day< no role > be Fluxed in the Porters man's
roome where John Mathews< no role > another Convict was lately fluxed

Apprentice Disorders

Also the Right Worshippfull Sr Wm. Withers< no role > Knt & Alderman
of this Citty and President of these Hospital acquainting this Court
that Complaint had been made to him of the Apprentices of this
Hospital running out upon Holyday nights and makeing great
diffurleances in the Streets Itt is Ordered that it be Referred
to the Comittee of this House to Examine into that matter and to
Report to this Court what they thinke proper to be done for preventing
Such like disorders for the future

Ovington Edwd To
have a Lease of a house
in the Premit


Also the Clerke Acquainting this Court that Mr Trear Call
had pursuant to the Request of the Comittee of this House come
to an Agreement wth one Edward Ovington< no role > of the parish of
St. Ann's in the Liberty of Westmr and County of Middle Genl
that the said Ovington should have a Lease of a house Situate
in the Precinct of Bridewell Hospital (late in the possion of
James Pennington< no role > ) for the Terme of seven yeares to Comence
from Michas last at the Annual Rent of Twelve pounds
payable quarterly wth such Covent. and Agreemt. as are usually
contained in the said Hospital Leases And that the said Edwd
Ovington
< no role > had signed an Agreemt to Accept of such Lease &
to Execute unto the Governor of the said Hospital a Counterste thereof This Court Sett
Confirme the said Agreement and Order that a Lease be
made accordingly unto the said Edwd. Odington< no role >
