Also upon reading the humble Peticon of Francis Bradshaw< no role >
Sadler Settingforth that he had agreed wth. the Comittee of this
Hospital for a Lease of a house in Fleet Street late in the possion of
Monke for 21 yeares att £100 fine and £40 P Ann Rent
and was to putt the said House in necessary Repair towards the
Charge whereof he was to be allowed £35. That he has already
expended £40. in the necessary Repaires which will require at least
£10, more to be Pfected That he had made a new Dranie to the
Comon Shore which was absolutely necessary to Carry the water out
of the Cellar in the house That Entyeing the Valut being full lost
him £1-16-0 and laying flatt Stone in the pavement before the
Doore and pavening the Street lost him £4 And paying this Court
to allow him the Charges of the pavemt. and Emptyeing the Vault
out of his said Fine Itt is Ordered by this Court that the
said Peticon be Referred to the Consideracon of the Comittee of this
House who are desired to Report to this Court what they thinke Fitt to
be done therein
