late in the Occupaccon ofMonke for one and
Twenty yeares to Comence from Christmas 1709 at the yearly
Rent of Forty pounds and to pay sixty five pounds Five and to
lay out thirty five pounds in and about the necessary reparacons
and Amendments of the prmisses wth. such usual Covents. as are contained
in the Leases from this Hospital to their Tents And that the said

had Signed an Agreement to accept of such
Lease and to Execute a Comterparte thereof and had given a Guinea
to the poores box This Court doth Confirme the said Agreement
and Order that a Lease be made accordingly to the said

of five yeares to Comence from Christmas 1709 at the Annual Rent
of Thirty five pounds with such Covents. as are usually contained in
the Leases from this Hospital to their Tents.And that the said

had signed an Agreement to accept of such Lease
and to Execute a Counterparte thereof And had given five Shillings to
the poores box This Court doth Confirmed the said Agreement
and Order that a Lease be made accordingly unto the said
