< no role > deced Several years ago rented a house of the yearly
Rent of Six pounds in Manr his Rents in the Parish of St.
Botolph Without Aldgate in the said County & was Charged
to & paid Poors Rates for the same & by means thereof gained
a legal Settlement there & did not afterwards do any Act
to gains another Settlement & this Deponent lived with him
in the Said house as part of his Family That this Depont.
said late husband was by birth a Scotchman & never did any
Act to gain a Settlement in England or Wales That this
Deponent never was bound an Apprentice nor ever lived as
a hired servant for a year nor ever did any Act to gain
a Settlement in her own right Save what She has acquired
by her marriage as aforesaid That she hath three Children
namely Elizabeth < no role > aged about Ten years & Six Months
James < no role > aged about Six years & eight months & Sarah < no role > aged
about five years & eight Months the lawful Issue on this
Deponent By her Said husband to whom She was lawfully
Married
