deced maketh oath that her Sd late husband has informed her & which
She believes to be true That he was born in the Parish of St Leonard
Shoreditch in the sd County & never did any Act to gain a Settlement
in his own right That She this Depont. Since his death hath not
done any Act to gain a Settlement for herself That she this Depont
hath been Credibly informed & which information she believes
to be true that many years ago her said late husbands Father
Thomas Middleton< no role > deced created & built at his own Costs two
new Dwelling houses adjoining to each other in Homerton in
the Parish of St John Hackney in the sd County by Virtue of a
Lease granted to him for that purpose for a Term of Sixty one
years at a Certain yearly Reserved Rent That he lived in & occupied
one of Such houses for Several years where he died & let out the
other of them to a Tenant and that Such houses were then & Still
are of the yearly rent or Value of Twenty pounds as this Depont.
apprehends & Verily Believes That after the death of the Said
Thomas Middleton< no role > his widow as this Deponent has been informed
by her said late husband occupied the sd house where in the
said Thomas Middleton< no role > died for about a year & half Where She
also died this Deponts Sd husband Continuing there with her as part
of her Family That she this Deponent hath three Children
namely Elizabeth < no role > Aged about Twelve years & eight Months
Sarah < no role > Aged about Ten Years & Mary < no role > Aged about Six Years &
eight Months the lawful Issue of this Deponent by her Said
husband to whom she was lawfully married
