of Middlesex in their General Quarter Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint George the Martyr
in the said County

Sheweth


That by vertue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the hands and Seals of sd Philip Dyot< no role > and John
Fielding
< no role > Esqrs. Two of his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the said County (one being of the Quorum)
bearing Date the 11th. Instant Ann Scott< no role > Widow of
John Scott< no role > decd. was removed from the Parish of
St. Giles in the Fields in the said County to the said
Parish of St. George the Martyr as the Place of her
last legal Settlement
