and Charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner the

on the twelfth day of July in the Year aforesaid being a Prisoner in his Majesties Prison of
the Fleet
situate in the Parish
ofand Ward aforesaid and being then and long before sick
and diseased in his Body by reason of a certain fever of the said Sickness and disease
did languish until the said Twelfth day of July in the Year aforesaid and languishing
did live On which said twelfth day of July in the Year aforesaid he the said John
Tatham
did die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that

death and by no violent means or Method whatsoever In Witness whereof
