EDWARD HAYNES. On the 22d of May, I was passing through the Court-yard of St. James's Palace
; there was a great crowd. I felt some person at my pocket - I turned round, and laid hold of the prisoner. I found my handkerchief sticking out of the flap of the prisoner's breeches, and gave him in charge.
