736. GEORGE CLARKE alias BLACKMAN proceedingsdefend (a black) was indicted for burglariously and feloniously breaking and entering the dwelling-house of Thomas Alexander proceedingsvictim , about the hour of two in the night, on the 18th of August last, and burglariously stealing therein, one oil skin umbrella, value 5 s. the property of Joseph Elliot proceedingsvictim .

A second Count, for breaking the same house with a felonious intent to steal the said goods.

NOT GUILTY .

Tried by the first Middlesex Jury before Mr. RECORDER.
