JOHN BECK proceedingsdefend , JOHN GOULDER proceedingsdefend and WILLIAM REEVES proceedingsdefend were indicted for feloniously assaulting Isaac Jefferies proceedingsvictim on the king's highway, on the 24th of August last, and putting him in fear, and feloniously taking from his person and against his will, one man's hat, value 1 s. and 6 d. in money, his property .
