SIMON COZONI proceedingsdefend was indicted for that he, on the 10th of March , four pounds weight of pickles, value 2 s. 6 d. the property of Christopher Pack proceedingsvictim and Edward Lewis proceedingsvictim , by a certain person then lately before stolen, did receive and have, well knowing them to be stolen, taken, and carried away, the same person who stole them not having been before convicted thereof .
