, the Prisoner run full against him, drove him against the Wall, snatch'd his Sword from his Side, and ran away; whereupon he call'd out, and got Help, who upon Pursuit took him with the Sword in his Hand. The Matter being so plain, he was found
guilty
of the Indictment.
