stealing a Weather-Sheep, value of 26 s. 6 d.
the Goods of
Edward
Morris

, on the 22d of November
last. The Prosecutor swore he lost the Sheep out of his Grounds; and it was prov'd, That Joscelin being in Leadenhall-market, to sell the Carcass, was suspected, and taken up, whereupon he presently said, he had it from Haythorn; who being also taken, discover'd where the Skin was hid. This Proof being so very full against them, they were both found
Guilty
of Felony.
