Davis as Principal, and the other two as Accessaries, in feloniously stealing 22 Pieces of Stuff, call'd Bunting

last. It appear'd by the Evidence, that the Goods being put out to dye, and Davis Apprentice
to the Dyer, he convey'd them away at several times, and carry'd 'em to the Prisoners; and that Cole sold several Pieces; and that a Lodger of Clay's sold two Pieces and a half for her at Rag-Fair, as also that she had burnt some of it; and upon Search some of it was recover'd again, which was produc'd in Court, and sworn to by the Dyer. One Evidence said she bought a Piece for 5 s. tho' the Dyer said it was worth 22 s. Davis
pleaded guilty
; and the other two having none to their Reputation, they were found
guilty
.
