Mary Bordbanks proceedingsdefend , of St. Alhallows Barkin , was indicted for feloniously stealing 2 Gold Lockets, value 3 l. the Goods of Margaret Harrington proceedingsvictim , on the 10th of March last. It appear'd that the Prisoner was the Prosecutor's Servant , but going away, the Goods were missing; she was afterwards apprehended, and the Goods found upon her. The Jury found her guilty of Felony.
