The Evidence Deposed, that coming by the Prosecutors Stall about 12 a Clock at Night, found it broken open, that at the same time he heard a rattling of Scales about the Prisoner, and having seiz'd him upon Suspicion, found divers of the Goods upon him, which prov'd to be the Prosecutors. The Prisoner could give no account of his Reputation, the Jury found him
guilty to the value of 10 d.
