feloniously stealing 28 yards of Flower'd Silk, val. 7 l. 10 s. and 45 yards of other Silk

last Robinson and Davis, alias Bowen, upon their Arraignment
pleaded guilty
, but Collins put her self upon her Tryal, and it appeared by the Evidence that they did all three go together into the Shop to cheapen some Goods, and whilst Mr. Pickering was busy, they stole the Goods, and sold them to a Woman by the Half-moon Tavern in Cheapside. There was one Evidence, who said that she did see Collins take one piece of the Silk; the Jury found her
guilty
