Examination TextCatherine Barker aged 21 years passed as a vagrant from the Parish of [blank] or the London Workhouse in London upon her oath saith that she never was married kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes bound an apprentice or was a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together, that her father Samuel Barker a Tobacco Cutter lived in and rented an house in St Martin's Lane in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields, but the particular part she can't tell, at the yearly rent of 16 pounds besides taxes, but when quitted it she this Examinant can't tell, that he has not kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year or paid any parish taxes since to her knowledge. Sworn the 24th Day of March 1750 before James Fraser.
