Examination TextRachael Robinson aged 58 years destitute of lodging upon her oath saith that she is the widow of Jonathan Robinson (who died three years ago) to whom she was married at the ffleet about 37 years ago, that her said husband never was bound an apprentice kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor was a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together, that her husband's father William Robinson lived in and rented an house in Church Lane in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields aforesaid (but how long he rented the said house she cannot tell) at the yearly rent of 16 pounds besides taxes, but when quitted the same she cannot tell, that he never kept house rented tenement of 10 pounds by the year nor paid any parish taxes afterwards, nor hath she this Examinant nor been a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together since the death of her said husband. Sworn the 14th Day of November 1758 before Benjamin Cox.
