Examination TextElizabeth Bradley aged 68 years in the workhouse of and in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields passed from the Parish of St. John Southwark in the County of Surry upon her oath saith that she never was married, that she was a yearly hired servant to Mrs Brierley a Silk Dyer near the Church in St Martin's Lane in the said Parish of St Martin in the Fields for the space of three years at the yearly wages of 4 pounds diet and lodging, quitted the same 27 years ago, that she never kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor hath been a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together since. Taken in the workhouse the eighth day of February 1768.
