Examination TextHannah Rennie aged 22 Years upon her Oath saith that she was never Married that she was Bound Apprentice by the governors of the Asylum for the Term of Seven Years by indenture beer in Date the 15th Day of September 1780 the to Mr Robert Blunt opposite the Mews gate in the Parish of Saint Martin in the ffields Shirt Warehouseman and that they are served her said Master thewhole of the said Term of Years since that Expiration of which she hath not been a Yearly hired Servant in any one place for Twelve Months together not done any Act to gain a subsequent Settlement. And this Examinant upon her voluntary Oath further saith that she is no great with Child or are Children , which is or are likely to be Born a Bastard or Bastards & to become chargeable to the said Parish of Saint Martin in the ffields and that Richard Clutterbuck a Shearer who lived Servant with Mrs Lackey No 9 Brompton Row but to inform Father that she was going into Gloucestershire at several Times carnal Knowledge of her Body in April last & several Tames afterwards at the House of Mrs Lackey afsd & at one-off which Times did beget her with the Child or are Children she now goeth with & is Pregnant of and that he the said Richard Clutterback is the true & only ffather thereof & now Man else.
