Examination Text | Mary Allison aged 18 years and upwards destitute of lodging upon her oath saith that she never was married bound an apprentice kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor was a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together, that her father Thomas Allison was a Turner by trade and lived in and rented an house in Cross Lane in the Parish aforesaid, but how long he kept the said house or what rent he paid for the same she this Examinant cannot tell, but that he her father died in the occupation of the said house. Sworn the first Day of February 1768 before Peter Planck. |
