Examination TextChristopher Burn aged about 55 years lodging at Mr Anderson's in Chymisters Alley in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields on his oath saith that he is a Cordwainer by trade and lived in and rented an house in Hunts Court in Castle Street in the Parish aforesaid for the space of about four years at the yearly rent of 16 pounds besides taxes, quitted the same about 13 years ago, that he hath not kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor hath been a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together since, that he was married to his present wife Ann at the Parish Church of St Martin in the Fields in the month of March in the year 1782. Sworn the 14th Day of January 1785 before William Hyde.
