Examination Text | Ann Turner aged Thirty Six years Lodging at the Bell and Dragon in Shandois Street in this parish Saith she is the Widow of Andrew Turner who Dyed about two years ago to whom she was Married at St Martin's Church Ten years Since That her said husband was by Trade a Taylor and that they Since their Marriage kept house the Queens head Alehouse in the Strand agt Ivey Bridge in the Strand for three years paid Thirty Seven pounds peran Rent and all parish Taxes and quitted that four years ago and never took any other house Rented Ten pounds by the year or paid any parish Taxes afterwards hath one Child by him (to wit) William aged about Three years and a half born at one Mr Wallaces in Charles Court Sworn the 21st Day of Augt 1736 Before Jas: Fraser Ann Turner |
