Examination TextSarah Ware aged near Seventy years Lodging at one Mr Glues in Bear yard near Lincoln's Inn fields St Giles where she hath Lodged three years Saith she is the wido of George Ware who dyed in the City Nine years ago to whom she was Married in St Martins Church thirty four years agoe but hath no Children Living that he never was brought up to any Trade but followed the business of Scalloping Glass and kept house the Corner of Glassenbury Court in Conduit Court and paid ffifteen pounds Pr Ann Rent for near Seven years and quitted it about twenty years agoe And that he never kept house Rented ten pounds by the year or paid any parish Taxes afterwards to the time of his Death and that Since his Death she has been a yearly hired Servt to one Mrs Cook at Mr Glues in Bear yard aforesaid agreed to have her Board Lodging & Cloaths for 2 years at one time and then being Sick Sometime came away and returned again which was about Christmas Last and has continued there ever Since Sworn the 16th Day of June 1736 before Jas Fraser Sarah Wear past from St Giles in the fields
