Examination TextWestmr Ann Ratt aged about thirty four Years (in the Workhouse) Saith she is the Widow of Charles Ratt who dyed in the workhouse of this Parish on the 9th Day of February last to whom she was marryed at the Hand and Pen at the ffleet about nine Years ago Saith that her said Husband by Trade a Saddle Tree Rivetter and served his Apprenticeship of seven years to one (in Checquer Yard) the lower End of St Martin's Lane next Charing Cross and that after the Expiration of his Apprenticeship he went to Sea and was a Sailor when she marryed and never kept house rented ten pounds by the year paid any parish Taxes or was a yearly hired Servant nor she since his Death hath no Children living Sworn the
