Examination TextLeah Potts aged Thirty Three Years (in the Workhouse) Saith she is the wife of Isaac Potts gone to Sea on Board the Burford at Christmas last to whom she was marryed at the Fleet about fifteen years ago Saith he was by Indenture bound an Apprentice for seven years to one Mr Heslop a Pewterer then and now living in Long Acre in this Parish and that having served his said Master there six years he bought the remainder of his Time put and never was turned over to any Person or a yearly hired Servant afterwards nor never kept House rented ten Pounds by the Year or paid any parish Taxes hath one Child by him named Isaac in the Charity School of this Parish aged Fourteen Years Sworn
