Examination TextElizabeth Morris aged forty years lodging at Ivey Bridge in the Strand Saith she is the widow of William Morris who died about Eight years ago to whom she was marryed at Saint Martin's Church about sixteen years ago Saith he was by trade a Taylor and served his time at Shrewsbury where he was born and his ffather a Housekeeper That he never was a yearly hired Servant never kept house rented ten pounds by the year or paid any parish taxes Saith she hath one Child by her said Husband (Edward) aged about fourteen years born at Mr Knight's in Durham Yard now at Service with a Lady in Saint James's parish where he hath been seven months Saith she was born at Simington in Wiltshire that she was an Apprentice to one Mrs Tufton a Starcher at Mr Johnson's in Buckingham Street York buildings for ten years and that she served all the time with her said mistress there and in Charles Court
