Examination TextAnn Lee aged about 64 Years now in Workho: Saith she is the Widow of Wm Lee who died about twelve years agoe, That she was married to him at St: Clements Church two and twenty years agoe, Saith he was by Trade a Taylor but to whom he Served his time knoweth not, or whether he ever was a Yearly hired Servant, or where he was Born Saith he never kept house, she has heard him see he was a West Country Man, Saith she, since the Death of her said Husband, Was a yearly hired Servant to one at Mr Nickson a Chocolate maker in Hedge Lane above one Year had £5 Pr Ann Wages Diet and Lodging, left that service about three years agoe and never was a Yearly hired Servt since, Saith during that Servitude he had two Children living by her said Husband Vizt Joseph 21 Years at Litchfield and Samuel 18 Years at Litchfield, Saith that she, before Marriage with her said Husband, Was in the Yearly hired Servant to one Mr Partington Distiller and Cyderman in the Clare Market in the Parish of St: Clement Danes three Years & an half had £4 10s 0d Pr Ann Wages Diet and Lodging for two years of the said time & £5 10s 0d for the remainder thereof
