Examination TextJames Gettins aged near 40 years lodging at one Mr Salter's in Broad St Giles's saith he is by trade a Taylor and that he kept house near the Churchyard Wall in Hemmings Rover the space of a year and there paid 30 pounds yearly rent, and from thence removed into a house in Crown Court in Russell Street of 16 pounds and 10 shillings yearly rent and there lived three quarters of a year, that he came thence about seven years ago and never took any house or apartment of the yearly rent of 10 pounds by the year or paid any parish taxes since he quitted the aforesaid house in Crown Court, that he was married to Mary his present wife at the Parish Church of St Anne Black Fryars London four years ago and hath one child by her to wit Elizabeth aged one year.
