Examination Text | Mary Collins aged 37 years in the workhouse of and in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith she never was married or bound apprentice never kept house rented 10 pounds by the year or paid any parish taxes, that she was a yearly hired servant to Mr William Obrien an Attorney at Law who kept house in Crown Court in Russell Street in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields for the space of two years at 6 pounds per ann. diet and lodging, quitted the same about three years ago and never gained any subsequent settlement since. Sworn this [blank] Day of March 1746. |
