| Examination Text | John Maniford aged 41 years destitutte of Lodging on his Oath saith that he never was Married that she was a yearly hired Servant to Mr Anderton, Suttler to the Officers of the Live Guards at the Horse Guards in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields for the space of Three years all under one hiring at the yearly wages of ten Pounds Eight shillings diet and Lodging quitted the same about Nine years ago, that she hath not Kept House rented a tenement of Ten Pounds by the year paid any Parish taxes nor hath been ayearly hired Servant in any one Place for twelve Months together since.
