in Devereaux Court in ye Parish of St Clemt
Danes Esqr Where abt two or three dayes

Carnall Knowledge of this Informts body & is
ye reall true father of ye Female Bastard
childe this Informt was delivered off in the
Parish of St Clement Danes in ye sd County
