The Condicon of this Obligacon is such That whereas the Churchwardens abovenamed
Hugh Mills< no role > Francis Morlye< no role > Edward Grisdell< no role > & Wm. Lawrence< no role > Overseeres of ye poore
of the Parish of St Clement Danes wth ye Assent of two Justices of the peace
according to a Statute in that Case made and provided Have putt William
Willis an Apprentice to ye above bounden William Walker< no role > and have given
wth the said Apprentice ye sume of fifty shillings Sterling If therefore
the above bounden William Walker< no role > John Rowley< no role > & William Vriall< no role > or eyther
of them or eyther of theire heires Executors. Admrs Doe well and
Sufficiently provide for Keepe & maintaine the said William Wills< no role > in by &
with all and all manner or needefull and necessary washing Lodging
Linnen and Apparell and all other necessarys meete & convenient for
such an Apprentice dureing the terme of tenne yeares And alsoe well and
sufficiently save defend and kepe harmelesse and indempnified the
Churchwardens & Overseeres of the poore & theire Successors. And all ye
Parishoners & Inhabitants of St Clement Danes wth now are and hereafter
shall be and every of them of and from ye Charge of keepeing and
maintaing of ye said Apprentice dureing ye said terme And of and from
all Accons Suites and taxacons whatsoever which the said parish or
Parishoners of St Clement Danes or any of them shall or may incurre
susteine or be putt unto for or in respect of ye said Apprentice in
any manner of wise then this Obligacon to be voyd and of none
effect or else to be and remaine in full force power & virtue
