The Condicon of this Obligacon is such That Whereas the Churchwardens a bone
named Hugh Mills< no role > Francis Morlye< no role > Edward Grisdell< no role > & William Lawrence< no role >
Overseeres of the poore of the Parish of St Clement Danes wth the Assent
of two Justices of the peace according to the statute Have putt Eliz Wood< no role >
an Apprentice to ye above named Mary Lincolne for the terme of
seaven yeares commenceing from the day above written and have given
with the said Apprentice the sume of fourty shillings sterling If therefore
the said Joseph Turner< no role > & Aquilla Pampion or eyther of them
theire heires Execrs. or Admrs. or any of them Doe well and sufficiently provide
for Keepe and maintaine the said Apprentice in by and wits all & all manner of
needefull ad necessary washing Lodging Linnen and all other necessarys
meete and convenient for such an Apprentice dureing the said terme And
alsoe well and sufficiently save defend and Keepe harmelesse & Indempnifid
the Churchwardens & Overseeres of the poore & theire successors and all
the Parishoners & Inhabitants of the sd Pise of St Clement Danes which
now are and hereafter shall be & every of them of and from the Charge
of Keepeing and maintaineing the said Apprentice dureing the said
terme, and of and from all Aicons Suites & taxacons whatsoever which
the parish or parishoners of St Clements Danes or any of them shall
for may incurre susteine or be putt unto in any manner of wise in
respect of the said Apprentice Then this Obligacon to be voyd and of
none effect or else to be & remaine in full force power virtue.
