said Pish may as Occasion requires be fairely debated
Settled amongst them for the good of the whole Parish
and nothing may be [..] clandestinely and for the Pr [..]
Advantage or Interest of any Pticuler Person or Psons wh [..]
And that due care may be taken for releife of the Poor
the said Pish and that Psons of good Abillity and Credit [..]
such as are Fittly qualified to take upon them the Office [..]
Overseers of the Poore of the said Pish may be Elected
that office as there shall be Occasion

And to Prvent abuses that have been put on the Inhabitants
of the said Pish by Undue & Illegall Warrants where [..]
great sumes of money have been gained from them It is
Resloved agreed upon and Declared that against the [..]
of Electing Overseers for the Poore of the said P [..]
The Overseers for the time being doe in Publique Vestry
Nominate and Prsent Eight or more Inhabitants of the
said Parish who in his or their Judgment are duely qualifyed
to take upon them the said office To the end the Inhabitant
Assembled in Vestry or the Major part of them may be E [..]
to recomend any Foure of them Or such other Psons [..]
they shall think Proper to the Justices of the Peace of [..]
said county Inhabiteng in or weare the said Pish for
their Approbacon and Allowance

And for preventing all abuses and frauds in passing the
Publique Accounts of the said Parish It is further Resolved
Declared and Agreed upon that the Accounts of the respect
Church Wardens of the said Pish shall One Weeke at their
before their goeing out of their office be by them brought
before the aforesaid persons or such of them as shall [..]
Assembled in the said Vestry Roome wch said Accounts.
remaine there Open Soe as any Inhabitant of the said [..]
concerned therein may have recourse there to and inspec [..]
same and see it Examined and Audited before the said A [..]
shall receive Publique approbacon and Allowance

And to the End the Moneys Collected and received [..]
Use of the poore of the said Pish may be applyed for the
releife and not to converted or disposed off to any other Use
