Principall Inhabitants of the said Pish at the Church
House or Vestery Roome of ye Parish aforesaid

Whereas by an Order of this Board Registred & enterd in ye
Booke of Orders of this Parish beareing date on or about the
Twentyth day of June Seaventeene hundred & Seaven, Reciteing
whereas Robt: Pawlet< no role > Gent : & Alice< no role > his wife , by fine & Indenture
bearing date ye tenth day of ye said Instant June had barganed & so [..]
unto Robt: Breakespeare< no role > & Jonathan Dowdeswell< no role > Church Wardens
of ye said Parish & other Parishoners of ye said Parish there Heire
& Assignes two Messuages or Tenements of ye sd: Robt: Pawlets< no role > situate
in ye Church yard of ye said Parish one of them in ye Possession of John
Waring Woollen Draper ye other in ye Possession of Francis Latham< no role >
Grocer as in & by ye said Order relacon being there unto had will more
Large appear; And whereas at ye time of ye said Purchace there was had &
Borrowed of Mr: Henery Dottin Junior : to make up ye Purchase money
ye sume of One hundred Pound, & ye said Mr: Henery Dottin Junior .
haveing occasion for his money [..]
[..] ye Church Wardens & others ye Parishoners in
Vestery assembled have borrowed of Mr: Henery Dottin Senior :
ye full & Just sume of one hundred Pounds of English money which
they have this day Received, at ye rate of six Pounds Per centum Per Annum
Interest, the said Interest to commence from ye twenty first day of
June last past, in regard & for as much yt Mr: Henery Dottin Senior
doe satisfie & content Mr: Henery Dottin Junior : such Interest due
to him till this Day

Now Its this day Ordered & agreed in Vestery aforesaid yt the
Church Wardens of this Parish for ye time being [..] sha [..]
& doe well & truely pay or cause & to be paid unto ye said Mr: Henery
Dottin< no role > Senior: or his Assignes ye said sume of one hundred Pounds &
allso [..] Interest for ye same at six pounds Per centum Per Annum, Annully from year to year
as ye same shall become due, till [..] ye Principle shall or may be paid
& for their soe doeing this, Order being duely entred & Registred
in ye Booke of Orders of this Parish ye date first above written sh [..]
be their sufficient Warrant & Discharge
